4. Claim method: To redeem the Hot Offers on ATE Promotion, customers must order an applicable Offer on the ATE Rewards app or ATE Rewards online ordering platform. Customers must add an Offer to their cart when ordering for delivery on the ATE Rewards app or ATE Rewards online ordering platform.
5. Promotional Period: The Promotional Period is ongoing with new offers added each fortnight. Each Offer is only available for a 2-week period.
6. Other conditions: The Hot Offers on ATE Promotion is non-transferable. The Hot Offers on ATE Promotion is multi-use, but is limited to one redemption per customer per day. The Hot Offers on ATE Promotion is available for pickup and delivery orders via the ATE Rewards app or ATE Rewards online ordering platform. A minimum spend of $30 applies for delivery orders. Delivery availability is subject to geographical location.

Noodle Box - Firecracker Hot Takes Giveaway

4. The Offer: The Firecracker Hot Takes Giveaway entitles eligible entrants to the chance to win 1 of 10 weekly $50 ATE Rewards e-vouchers and/or a $500 Visa e-gift card grand prize.
5. Promotion Contesting Dates and Times: The Firecracker Hot Takes Giveaway will run from 28 October 2025 to 9 January 2026 (the ‘Promotional Period’).
6. Entrant Restrictions:

   To be eligible for the Firecracker Hot Takes Giveaway, entrants must:

   A Valid Comment means a comment made from a Valid Account under a Firecracker Hot Takes promotional post on the official @noodleboxau Instagram page during the Promotional Period. A Valid Account is an Instagram account primarily for personal use. Celebrity accounts, accounts associated with brands, businesses, or ‘fan’ accounts are excluded. Employees of the Promoter, staff members working in franchised businesses of the Promoter, and franchise business owners are not eligible to enter.

   • be following the official Noodle Box AU Instagram page (@noodleboxau) at the time of entry and at the time winners are announced;
   • submit a Valid Comment in response to a designated Firecracker Hot Takes promotional post during the Promotional Period;
   • be aged 18 years or over; and
   • be an ATE Rewards Member or be willing to sign up to ATE Rewards to claim any $50 ATE Rewards e-voucher prize.
7. Method of Entry: To enter the Firecracker Hot Takes Giveaway, customers must be following the official Noodle Box AU Instagram page (@noodleboxau). Entrants must respond to the various weekly Instagram prompts in the comments of a promotional Firecracker Hot Takes Giveaway Instagram post on the official Noodle Box AU Instagram page to be eligible. Each Valid Comment equates to one entry for the random draw. Comments must be under any post designated to the new Firecracker campaign. There are no restrictions on the number of Valid Comments that an Entrant can make.
8. Draw Details: There are 10 weekly $50 ATE Rewards e-vouchers to be won. 1 winner with the top comment will be selected each week during the campaign at 10am AEST on the following Tuesday. At the end of the campaign the top comment overall on any Firecracker promotional post will win a $500 Visa Gift Card. The Winners of the Firecracker Hot Takes Giveaway will be drawn at the Promoter’s head office located at 13a/663 Victoria Street, Abbotsford VIC 3067. The Winners will be contacted via Instagram ‘direct message’ and then confirmed again via email after the Promoter has received the Winner’s contact details. If a Firecracker $50 ATE Rewards e-Voucher remains unclaimed by 23:59 AEST 28 February 2026, the $50 voucher will be re-drawn via online randomised generator by 5:30PM AEST 28 August 2026. If a Firecracker $50 ATE Rewards e-Voucher remains unclaimed by 23:59 AEST 28 March 2026, the prize will be forfeited. The Winners of the $50 ATE Rewards vouchers will be sent their e-voucher to their ATE Rewards account associated to their email address. The winner of the $500 Visa gift card will be emailed their voucher. The Winners of the Firecracker Hot Takes Giveaway first name, last initial and postcode will also be announced on the Promotion Website once they have claimed their prize.
9. Prize Details: The 10 winners of the Firecracker Hot Takes Giveaway will each receive a $50 ATE Rewards e-voucher. The grand prize winner of the Firecracker Hot Takes Giveaway will receive a $500 Visa e-gift voucher. The total prize pool of the Firecracker Hot Takes Giveaway is $1000.00.
10. Other Conditions: The Firecracker Hot Takes Giveaway e-Vouchers are non-transferable and are not to be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. The Firecracker Hot Takes Giveaway e-Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Staff members of the Promoter, and any staff members working in a franchised business of the Promoter, and any business owner of a franchised business of the Promoter are not eligible for Firecracker Hot Takes Giveaway.

The Offer: The Noodle Box Weekday Savings Promotion entitles Ate Rewards Members ordering either in-restaurant or for pick-up via the Ate Rewards App or Ate Rewards online ordering platform to one of the following offers at any participating Noodle Box location on the below days during the Promotional Period:
   • Monday – $7.95* Selected Small Sized Box and $10.95 Selected Regular Sized Box. Eligible dishes include Chinese Honey Soy, Chinese Hot & Spicy, Japanese Teriyaki and Indonesian Satay. Any customization will incur an additional charge.

4. Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the Noodle Box Weekday Savings Promotion, you must be verified as an Ate Rewards member and be signed into your Ate Rewards account when ordering either in-restaurant or via the Ate Rewards App or Ate Rewards online ordering platform.
5. Claim method: To redeem in-restaurant, Ate Rewards Members must scan their Noodle Box Weekday Savings voucher, found under “Offers” in their Ate Rewards account, when ordering at the counter or kiosk. To redeem for pick-up via the Ate Rewards App or Ate Rewards online ordering platform, Ate Rewards Members must be signed in and apply the applicable Voucher listed below at the checkout.
6. Vouchers: The Noodle Box Weekday Savings Promotion Vouchers for pick-up orders via the Ate Rewards App and Ate Rewards online ordering platform are as follows:

7. Promotional Period: The Noodle Box Weekday Savings Promotion is valid from 2 February 2026 to 30 April 2026 during store operating hours. The Noodle Box Weekday Savings Promotion is available from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, throughout the Promotional Period.
8. Other conditions: The Noodle Box Weekday Savings Promotion is non-transferable and is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. The Noodle Box Weekday Savings Promotion is limited to one redemption per transaction, per customer, per day. Any customization will incur an additional charge. The Noodle Box Weekday Savings Promotion is not available for delivery orders. The Noodle Box Weekday Savings Promotion is not available on Public Holidays. 4. 4. Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the South Seoul Steals Promotion, customers must be registered and verified ATE Rewards Members and be signed into their ATE Rewards account when ordering in-restaurant, via the ATE Rewards App, or via the ATE Rewards online ordering platform.

6. • Tuesday: One (1) Burger for $10.00, or a Small Burger Combo for $15 (includes Small Hot Chips and a 450ml drink). Includes one (1) OG Seoul, or Spicy Seoul Burger. Upgrade to the Plant Seoul Burger will incur an additional $1.50 charge.
• Wednesday: One (1) Tenders Combo Meal for $15.00. Includes 5pc Boneless Tenders in Original or Spicy, Small Hot Chips, and a 450ml drink.
• Thursday: One (1) Rice Bowl Combo Meal for $15.00. Includes one (1) select Seoul Rice Bowl or Fried Rice Bowl, Small Hot Chips, and a 450ml drink.
