Concept Ate Rewards

  1. The Concept Ate Rewards Loyalty Program (“Concept Ate Rewards”) can be used at any Concept Eight Restaurant located within Australia only. Concept Eight Restaurants include the brands Noodle Box, Wokinabox, Pattysmiths, Southern Seoul, Huxtaburger, Supreme Leader Korean Krispy Chicken, Alabama Chicken & Wings, Double Dragon Dumplings, Plant Patty, Nature's Work and Dante's Hot Chicken.
  2. By registering and/or using your Concept Ate Rewards App, you consent to the terms of this agreement.  
  3. To become a Concept Ate Rewards member, you must: 
    (a) Sign up to the Concept Ate Rewards Program either online at or via the Concept Ate Rewards Application ‘app’ for compatible smart phones. 
    (b) Activate membership by inputting all the requested information on the sign-up form found on the “Registration" page.   
  4. Concept Eight reserves the right to decline any membership application within its absolute discretion.  
  5. Only one Concept Ate Rewards account can be activated per person. 
  6. Once your membership is activated, you are eligible to earn Points (“Points”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  
  7. Points will be earned based on 1 Point for every $1 spent in any Concept Eight Restaurant. For example, if you spend AUD$10.00 (including GST) at a Concept Eight Restaurant you will earn 10 Points.  
  8. Once you have accumulated 200 Points you will receive a $10 credit voucher in your Concept Ate Rewards account to spend either in restaurant on online.
  9. All Concept Eight Restaurants accept Concept Ate Rewards accounts and will award and/or redeem Points in line with these Terms and Conditions.  
  10. Concept Eight Brand restaurants reserve the right to not accept a Concept Ate Rewards account should they believe that the use is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.  
  11. From time to time, Concept Eight may offer special promotions. These special promotions may include an opportunity for you to earn Points at a value which is different to that which is set out in item 7, above. However, Concept Eight will allow you to choose whether you would like to participate in the special promotion and accept this adjusted points value.  
  12. Points are non-transferable or redeemable for cash.
  13. Points have a 12-month expiry from the date the last Points were earned in a Concept Eight restaurant.
  14. Only active Concept Ate Rewards members will be able to redeem any Points earned.
  15. You are entitled to a $10 voucher for your birthday. This $10 voucher will expire if not redeemed within 30 days. Concept Eight takes no responsibility if you have incorrectly entered your birth date during the sign-up process.  
  16. To be eligible for your birthday reward, you must have been a Concept Ate Rewards member for 30 days.
  17. To receive the birthday reward via email, you will need to be subscribed to the Concept Ate Rewards marketing communication.
  18. The $10 birthday reward can only be redeemed in restaurant. You must show photo identification to redeem. 
  19. If you need to change your birth date or it has been incorrectly inputted in the sign-up process, please contact Guest Relations at help@conceptate.com.au to amend. Date of births can only be updated once.
  20. Your personal details excluding your email and date of birth can be updated at any time by signing into your account and clicking on your member details on the Concept Ate Rewards website or Application ‘app’ for compatible smart phones. 
  21. The Concept Ate Rewards App allows customers to order Catering from participating Concept Eight Restaurants.
  22. All Catering orders must be completed through the Concept Ate Rewards App.
  23. Concept Ate Rewards members will receive points based on 1 Point for every $1 spent on any Catering order on the Concept Ate Rewards App.
  24. Catering orders are subject to a $120.00 minimum spend. All orders through the Concept Ate Rewards App may be paid with credit card, Apple Pay or Google Payments. Cash is not accepted for online orders through the Concept Ate Rewards App.
  25. Catering Orders are for pick-up in Restaurant only.
  26. Catering orders must be received by the allocated restaurant 72 hours in advance.
  27. Any changes to Catering orders must be made by contacting the restaurant directly on the phone number provided on the emailed tax invoice.
  28. If any services provided by Concept Eight to you under these terms and conditions are within the scope of the Australian Consumer Law set out in Schedule Two of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (“ACL”) then, subject to the provisions of the ACL, a number of guarantees will apply in respect of the services under the ACL including:
    (a) the services being rendered with due care and skill;
    (b) the services being for the purpose for which the services are being acquired, any disclosed purpose or being capable of achieving any disclosed result; and
    (c) the services being supplied within a reasonable time.  
  29. Concept Eight does not offer any other guarantees other than those contained in the Consumer Guarantee provisions of the ACL. To the maximum extent permissible by law Concept Eight will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with Concept Eight’s provision of services to you under these terms and conditions, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).  
  30. Concept Eight reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and will notify you of the changes by email. If such changes are not acceptable to you, you have the right to cancel your Concept Ate Rewards membership by sending an email to Concept Eight at help@concepteight.com.au.  
  31. Information collected from you in connection with your Concept Ate Rewards membership will be used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Concept Eight Privacy Policy.  
  32. References to “Concept Eight” in these terms and conditions are references to Concept Eight Pty Ltd ABN 61 078 757 614 of 13A, 663 Victoria Street, Abbotsford, Victoria, 3067.

Full Terms and Conditions

  1. Your birthday $10 reward will be available on your birthday as registered in your account and will be valid for your birthday month.
  2. To be eligible you must have been a Concept Ate Rewards member for 30 days from account verification to receive a $10 Reward Credit.
  3. Your birthday reward will be valid for 30 days from your birthday.
  4. The birthday reward is sent to you via email. To receive this reward, you will need to be opted in to marketing communication.
  5. The offer cannot be redeemed outside of the 30 days, regardless of any circumstances beyond the Concept Ate Rewards member’s control.
  6. This offer entitles you to use your $10 Reward Credit for your birthday at any participating Concept Eight Restaurant via the Concept Ate Rewards app, and it must be used in the one transaction. Any amount not utilized will be forfeited.
  7. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  8. The $10 Reward Credit is applied and deducted from the total order amount.
  9. The offer is available in Restaurant only. The offer is not available for pick up or delivery.
  10. Valid photo identification must be provided by the customer in Restaurant to confirm the customer’s identity and birth date in order to redeem the $10 Reward Credit.

$5 off Welcome Reward

Coupon Terms and Conditions

  1. This offer entitles you to $5 off your first order at any participating Concept Eight Restaurant via the Concept Ate Rewards app.
  2. Your $5 off coupon will be available in the Concept Ate Rewards app when you sign up to the rewards program.
  3. You will need to verify your account.
  4. To redeem your $5 off coupon, add items to your cart and select the “Welcome $5 off” coupon from the drop-down box and it will be applied to your order.
  5. Alternatively, when ordering in Restaurant, scan the barcode on the screen within the App and apply to your order at any participating Concept Eight restaurant.
  6. This offer is strictly one per customer.
  7. This offer is Not to be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
  8. This offer is redeemable on full-priced items only.
  9. A minimum $30 order applies for delivery. Delivery availability is subject to geographical location.

  3. The $10 Rewards Credit must be used in one transaction. Any amount not utilized will be forfeited.
  4. The $10 Rewards Credit is applied to your total order. The offer is available in Restaurant, for pick-up or delivery.
  5. This offer is only available via the Concept Ate Rewards App.
  6. Your $10 Rewards Credit will be available in the Concept Ate Rewards when you reach 200 rewards points.
  7. Your $10 Rewards Credit will be valid for 90 days.

Double Points for Pickup or In Restaurant

Offer: This offer entitles Concept Ate Rewards members to ‘double points’ for any pickup or in-restaurant orders when they scan their Concept Ate Rewards loyalty card in restaurant or via the Concept Ate Rewards web ordering/app platform. The Double Points offer equates to 2 points earned for every $1 spent in-restaurant or via the Concept Ate Rewards App. The Double Points offer will be applied automatically. Once customers accumulate 200 points, a $10 credit voucher will be added to their Concept Ate Rewards account, which can be redeemed in-restaurant or through the Concept Ate Rewards web ordering platform.
  3. Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the Double Points offer, customers must be a Concept Ate Rewards member and otherwise compliant with these Terms and Conditions.

  5. Claim Method: This offer is redeemable in-restaurant or through the Concept Ate Rewards web ordering platform/Ate Rewards app only. Concept Ate Rewards members must scan their Concept Ate Rewards loyalty card for the Double Points offer to be automatically applied to their purchase or order online.
  6. Expiry: This offer is valid until 23:59 AEST, 29 February 2024..

This offer entitles you to $10 off your order at any participating Concept Eight brand via the Concept Ate Rewards app. Your $10 off coupon is available to be redeemed in the Concept Ate Rewards App. To redeem add items to your cart and select the $10 voucher from the drop-down box at checkout.   4. Eligibility Criteria: Customers must be a Concept Ate Rewards Member to enter. To enter, Concept Ate Rewards Members must purchase either a Suzi or Kenji Oishii Burger from any participating Huxtaburger restaurant. Purchase must be made through the Concept Ate Rewards App, either by scanning the Member’s barcode in-store, or by placing a pickup or delivery order through the Concept Ate Rewards App delivery platform. The Sound Burger Giveaway promotion is not available through any third-party delivery platforms.
  5. Promotional Period: 9 October 2023 11:00AM AEST – 23 November 2023 23:59PM AEST.

If the prize is not claimed within 30 days, the prize will be re-drawn again at random. If the prize remains unclaimed by 3 June 2024, the prize will no longer be valid.   8. Entries: There are no maximum entries for the Sound Burger Giveaway. Each purchase of either a Suzi or Kenji Oishii Burger at a participating Huxtaburger location equates to 1 entry. There is a maximum of 1 Audio Technica Sound Burger to be won at each participating Huxtaburger restaurant.

  4. Eligibility Criteria: Customers must be Concept Ate Rewards Member to be eligible to redeem the Naked Bird Combo Offer. The Naked Bird Combo Offer must be ordered through the Concept Ate Rewards App for pick-up or delivery, or redeemed in store by presenting the Concept Ate Rewards Member barcode.
  5. Promotional Period: The Naked Bird Combo Offer is available from 23 October 2023 until 5 December 2023.
  6. Participating stores: The Naked Bird Combo Offer is available at all participating Pattysmiths restaurants either in store or for pick-up or delivery via the Concept Ate Rewards App.

Customers should note that prices of the Naked Bird Combo Offer may vary depending on whether the order was made in store or for delivery via the Concept Ate Rewards App.

Ate Rewards 0* delivery fees

This offer entitles you to 0* delivery via the Ate Rewards. Offer is available from the 4th of November until the 12th December 2023. Delivery availability is subject to geographical location and a minimum $30 spend applies. Offer is only available via the Ate Rewards app or web-ordering platforms for delivery only.

Pattysmiths - Giddyup Packs:

1PAX: This offer entitles you to a choice of either a Classic Cheeseburger or a Classic Chicken burger, a regular chips and a small drink for $16.95 when you purchase in store at any Pattysmiths restaurant, or $19.95 when purchased via delivery aggregators. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. No customization available. Offer valid from 11am Friday 3rd November until 9pm Saturday 11th November, 2023 during open hours.
