  5. Eligibility: The Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who:
    1. Are registered ATE Rewards Members;
    2. Make and Eligible Purchase during the Promotional Period;
    3. Submit a valid only entry at [webite] during the Promotional Period; and
    4. Otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Employees, officers, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter, Participating Restaurants, Franchisees, and any other entities directly associated with the conduct of the Promotion are not eligible to enter;

  1. Eligible Purchases: An Eligible Purchase is the purchase of any Burger from a Participating Restaurant during the Promotional Period, linked to the entrant’s ATE Rewards Account. Orders that cannot be verified against an entrant’s ATE Rewards Account may be deemed invalid by the Promoter. The Promotion is available across in-store, pick-up and delivery orders made using the ATE Rewards App or ATE Rewards online ordering platform only;
  2. How to Enter: To enter the Promotion, eligible entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
  3. make an Eligible Purchase;
    b) visit [website]; and
    c) complete and submit the online entry form, including their name, email address and ATE Rewards Member number.
  4. Only complete and valid entries submitted during the Promotional Period will be accepted.
  5. Entry Limit: There is a limit of one (1) entry per ATE Rewards Member during the Promotional Period;
  6. Promotional Period: The Promotion commences at 11:00am AEST 5 May 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 May 2026. Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted by the Promoter;
  7. Prize: If the Prize is not claimed within 14 days of notification, or the winner cannot be verified, a redraw will take place on 16 June 2026 at the same location.

The redraw winner will be notified in the same manner and their details will be published at [webite].

If the Prize remains unclaimed following the redraw, the Promoter may deal with the Prize in accordance with applicable law;

  1. Draw Details: The draw will take place at the Promoter’s head office on 2 June 2026. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period. The winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw and may be required to provide proof of identity, ATE Rewards membership and Eligible Purchase. The winner’s first initial, last name and postcode will be published at [website] on or before 5 June 2026.
  2. Unclaimed Prize: If the Prize is not claimed within 14 days of notification, or the winner cannot be verified, a redraw will take place on 16 June 2026 at the same location. The redraw winner will be notified in the same manner and their details will be published at [website]. If the Prize remains unclaimed following the redraw, the Promoter may deal with the Prize in accordance with applicable law.
