Terms & Conditions

  1. The Ate Rewards Loyalty Program (“Ate Rewards”) can be used at any Concept Eight Restaurant located within Australia only. Concept Eight Restaurants include the brands Noodle Box, Wokinabox, Pattysmiths, Southern Seoul, Huxtaburger, Supreme Leader Korean Krispy Chicken, Alabama Chicken & Wings, Double Dragon Dumplings, Plant Patty, Nature's Work and Dante's Hot Chicken.
  2. By registering and/or using your Concept Ate Rewards App, you consent to the terms of this agreement.  
  3. To become an Ate Rewards member, you must: 
    (a) Sign up to the Ate Rewards Program either online at or via the Ate Rewards Application ‘app’ for compatible smart phones. 
    (b) Validate membership by inputting all the requested information on the sign-up form found on the “Registration" page.   
  4. Concept Eight reserves the right to decline any membership application within its absolute discretion.  
  5. Only one Ate Rewards account can be activated per person. 
  6. Once your membership is activated, you are eligible to earn Points (“Points”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  
  7. Points will be earned based on 1 Point for every $1 spent in any Concept Eight Restaurant. For example, if you spend AUD$10.00 (including GST) at a Concept Eight Restaurant you will earn 10 Points.  
  8. Once you have accumulated 200 Points you will receive a $10 credit voucher in your Ate Rewards account to spend either in restaurant on online.
  9. All Concept Eight Restaurants accept Ate Rewards accounts and will award and/or redeem Points in line with these Terms and Conditions.  
  10. Concept Eight Brand restaurants reserve the right to not accept an Ate Rewards account should they believe that the use is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.  
  11. From time to time, Concept Eight may offer special promotions. These special promotions may include an opportunity for you to earn Points at a value which is different to that which is set out in item 7, above. However, Concept Eight will allow you to choose whether you would like to participate in the special promotion and accept this adjusted points value.  
  12. Points are non-transferable or redeemable for cash.
  13. Points have a 12-month expiry from the date the last Points were earned in a Concept Eight restaurant.
  14. Only active Ate Rewards members will be able to redeem any Points earned.
  15. You are entitled to a $10 voucher for your birthday. This $10 voucher will expire if not redeemed within 30 days. Concept Eight takes no responsibility if you have incorrectly entered your birth date during the sign-up process.  
  16. To be eligible for your birthday reward, you must have been an Ate Rewards member for 30 days.
  17. To receive the birthday reward via email, you will need to be subscribed to the Ate Rewards marketing communication.
  18. The $10 birthday reward can only be redeemed in restaurant. You must show photo identification to redeem. 
  19. If you need to change your birth date or it has been incorrectly inputted in the sign-up process, please contact Guest Relations at help@aterewards.com.au to amend. Date of births can only be updated once.
  20. Your personal details excluding your email and date of birth can be updated at any time by signing into your account and clicking on your member details on the Ate Rewards website or Application ‘app’ for compatible smart phones. 
  21. The Ate Rewards App allows customers to order Catering from participating Concept Eight Restaurants.
  22. All Catering orders must be completed through the Ate Rewards App.
  23. Ate Rewards members will receive points based on 1 Point for every $1 spent on any Catering order on the Ate Rewards App.
  24. Catering orders are subject to a $130.00 minimum spend. All orders through the Ate Rewards App may be paid with credit card, Apple Pay or Google Payments. Cash is not accepted for online orders through the Ate Rewards App.
  25. Catering Orders are for pick-up in Restaurant only.
  26. Catering orders must be received by the allocated restaurant 48 hours in advance.
  27. Any changes to Catering orders must be made by contacting the restaurant directly on the phone number provided on the emailed tax invoice.
  28. If any services provided by Concept Eight to you under these terms and conditions are within the scope of the Australian Consumer Law set out in Schedule Two of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (“ACL”) then, subject to the provisions of the ACL, a number of guarantees will apply in respect of the services under the ACL including:
    (a) the services being rendered with due care and skill;
    (b) the services being for the purpose for which the services are being acquired, any disclosed purpose or being capable of achieving any disclosed result; and
    (c) the services being supplied within a reasonable time.  
  29. Concept Eight does not offer any other guarantees other than those contained in the Consumer Guarantee provisions of the ACL. To the maximum extent permissible by law Concept Eight will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with Concept Eight’s provision of services to you under these terms and conditions, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).  
  30. Concept Eight reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and will notify you of the changes by email. If such changes are not acceptable to you, you have the right to cancel your Ate Rewards membership by sending an email to Concept Eight at help@conceptate.com.au.  
  31. Information collected from you in connection with your Concept Ate Rewards membership will be used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Concept Eight Privacy Policy.  
  32. References to “Concept Eight” in these terms and conditions are references to Concept Eight Pty Ltd ABN 61 078 757 614 of 13A, 663 Victoria Street, Abbotsford, Victoria, 3067.

Standard Promotions

Birthday Rewards

  1. Your birthday $10 reward will be available at 8am on your birthday as registered in your account and will be valid for 30 days.
  2. To be eligible you must have been a Concept Ate Rewards member for 30 days from account verification to receive a $10 Reward Credit.
  3. Your birthday reward will be valid for 30 days from your birthday and will expire at 8am on the 30th day.
  4. The birthday reward is sent to you via email. To receive this reward, you will need to be opted in to marketing communication.
  5. The offer cannot be redeemed outside of the 30 days, regardless of any circumstances beyond the Concept Ate Rewards member’s control.
  6. This offer entitles you to use your $10 Reward Credit for your birthday at any participating Concept Eight Restaurant via the Concept Ate Rewards app, and it must be used in the one transaction. Any amount not utilized will be forfeited.
  7. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  8. The $10 Reward Credit is applied and deducted from the total order amount.
  9. The offer is available in Restaurant only. The offer is not available for pick up or delivery.
  10. Valid photo identification must be provided by the customer in Restaurant to confirm the customer’s identity and birth date in order to redeem the $10 Reward Credit.
  11. Strictly one offer per customer. Not to be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

$5 Welcome Reward

  1. The $5 Welcome Reward Offer entitles customers to $5 off their first order at any participating Concept Eight brand via the Ate Rewards plaform. The $5 Welcome Reward voucher will be available on the customer’s Ate Rewards App profile.
  2. To be eligible for the $5 Welcome Reward Offer, customers must be signed up as Ate Rewards Members, be subscribed to receive Ate Rewards marketing material and must have verified their Ate Rewards account.
  3. To redeem the $5 Welcome Reward Offer, Ate Rewards Members must make their first purchase at a participating Concept Eight restaurant either in-restaurant or for pick-up or delivery via the Concept Ate Rewards App online ordering platform. The Concept Ate Rewards Member must scan their Concept Ate Rewards barcode when ordering in-restaurant.
  4. The $5 Welcome Reward Offer is non-transferable and is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. The Offer is only valid with a minimum spend of $5. A minimum spend of $30 applies for delivery orders. Delivery is subject to availability and geographical location. The $5 Welcome Reward Offer is valid for 30 days from when the customer signs up as a Rewards Member on the Ate Rewards App.

$10 Reward when you reach 200 points

  1. This offer entitles you to a $10 Rewards Credit when you reach 200 points in the Concept ATE Rewards app.  You earn 1 point for every $1 spent.
  2. Your $10 Rewards Credit can be used on the Concept Ate Rewards App.
  3. The $10 Rewards Credit must be used in one transaction. Any amount not utilized will be forfeited.
  4. The $10 Rewards Credit is applied to your total order. The offer is available in Restaurant, for pick-up or delivery.
  5. This offer is only available via the Concept Ate Rewards App.
  6. Your $10 Rewards Credit will be available in the Concept Ate Rewards when you reach 200 rewards points.

  2. The Promotion: The 20% Off Total Order Promotion entitles customers to 20% off their next order at any participating Noodle Box, Pattysmiths, Huxtaburger, Wok in a Box or Southern Seoul restaurant;
  3. Eligibility: To be eligible for the 20% Off Total Order Promotion, customers must be signed up as a member on the Concept Ate Rewards App and must be ‘opted in; to receive marketing communications from Concept Eight. There is a $30 minimum spend requirement applicable to all online delivery orders for the 20% Off Total Order Promotion. There is no specific product that must be purchased to be eligible for the 20% Off Total Order Promotion.
  4. Promotional Period: Each 20% Off Total Order Coupon is valid for 14 days;
  5.   6. Maximum Claims: Each individual 20% Off Total Order Coupon is strictly one per customer.
  7. Other Conditions: Customers should refer to the Concept Eight Privacy Policy to learn more about Concept Eight’s policies regarding the collection of Personal Information.
  8. Each 20% Off Total Order Coupon is non-transferable and is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Gift Cards

Ate Rewards Digital Gift Cards

  1. Ate Rewards Digital Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) are issued by Concept Eight Pty Ltd ACN 078 757 614 and Concept Eight Franchising Pty Ltd ACN 115 296 387 both of 13A/663 Victoria Street, Abbotsford VIC 3067 (Concept Eight), and are redeemable for goods only;
  2. The value on a Gift Card includes GST;
  3. You may only purchase one Gift Card per Gift Card order on the Ate Rewards Gift Card platform;
  4. Gift Cards can take up to 24 hours to be delivered to your nominated email address;
  5. Once submitted via the Ate Rewards Gift Card platform, orders cannot be cancelled unless required by law;
  6. Gift Cards are redeemable at any Concept Eight restaurant in Australia, either in-restaurant or online at www.aterewards.com.au or via the Ate Rewards App;

To order from a Concept Eight restaurant with a Gift Card, enter the voucher code at checkout on the Ate Rewards online ordering platform or Ate Rewards App, or scan the barcode at the point of sale to redeem. If presenting the Gift Card in-restaurant, restaurant staff will enter the access code into the pin pad. The transaction will be completed when the balance has reduced on your Gift Card;
  9. No change will be given for any value remaining on the Gift Card. The remaining value on the Gift Card may be used in whole or part against future purchases until the value of the Gift card is fully used or the Gift Card expires;
  10. Your Gift Card may only be used to make purchases up to the initial Gift Card value or the value of the Gift Card balance. If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the Gift Card balance, you must pay the excess using another payment method;
  11. Ate Rewards points can be earned on purchases made using a Gift Card;
  12. Gift Cards cannot be used to pay for orders on third-party food delivery platforms;
  13. Gift Cards can only be used for purchases directly with Concept Eight restaurants, either in-restaurant or via the Ate Rewards App or online ordering platform;
  14. A Gift Card is valid to make purchases for three years after it is issued. Gift Cards must be redeemed by the expiry date and cannot be extended. After such time, the Gift Cards will be invalid. You should use all the Gift Card value before the expiry date. After the expiry date, any unused value will become the property of Concept Eight;
  15. No discounts will be applied to any Gift Card purchases on the Ate Rewards Gift Card platform.  
  16. Gift Cards can be used in-restaurant or via the Ate Rewards App or online ordering platform for any promotional offers available at Concept Eight restaurants;
  17. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for any other denomination of Gift Card or for tender (i.e. cash);
  18. Gift Cards cannot be returned, applied to previous purchases, or used to buy another Gift Card;
  19. Concept Eight is not liable for any lost or stolen Gift Cards. Lost or stolen Gift Cards can be replaced at Concept Eight’s discretion upon evidence of proof of purchase and card number. Contact help@aterewards.com.au for assistance;

If the prize remains unclaimed by 23:59 AEST 3 June 2025, the prize will be forfeited. The Winner of the $1500 Smash Summer Giveaway will receive their prize once confirmed.
